Finance Manager (FP&A & Strategic Finance)
$280K–$380K + Bonus + Token Equity

Responsibilities
- — Build and run FP&A: annual plan, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis
- — Partner with leadership on pricing, hiring plans, and capital allocation
- — Model scenario and fundraising cases; prepare board and investor materials
- — Stand up reporting, cash management, and close processes with the ops team
- — Track token / equity economics where they affect compensation and runway
Requirements
- — 7+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar at a growth-stage company
- — Strong modeling (P&L, cash, headcount) and clear written narrative
- — Comfort presenting to executives and investors
- — US work authorization; experience with US GAAP / startup finance preferred
- — Crypto / token-equity exposure is a plus, not required
